Venue
Physics Days 2009 are held in the Dipoli conference center in Otaniemi, Espoo, Finland, about 10 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

How to reach Otaniemi
By plane

By car from the airport
The airport is located just north of Ring III. Get onto Ring III and use one of the radial routes to get to Ring I. Otaniemi campus is situated at the western end of Ring I.
By taxi
About 35 mins and 40€ (with airport taxi, the prize is 22-26 €).

Buses from the center of Helsinki to Otaniemi: From Kamppi: 102, 102T (via Lauttasaari), 103. From the Central Railway Station: 194, 195 (via Munkkiniemi - longer route).
From the centre of Tapiola to Otaniemi: 2, 4, 4T, 10, 15, 194, 195, 505, 510, 512A.
Other bus connections to Otaniemi: 503 (Merihaka-Otaniemi), 506 (Science line, from Viikki Campus to Otaniemi), 550 (Westend-Itäkeskus)
Buses 103, 506, 510, 512A and 550 stop at the library on Otaniementie and both 194 and 195 stop opposite the library on Vuorimiehentie. Bus 102 stops on Otaniementie and Otakaari.
A regional ticket is valid for the whole journey and costs 4.00€.
