Exhibition

During the conference on March 12th to March 14th a traditional vendor exhibition will be held at the conference site upper lobby next to the main halls.

The reserved places are given out on the first-come-first-served basis.

Price: 950 €. Deadline for reserving the exhibition package is January 31st, 2009.

Exhibition package reservations and registering to the conference

• Reserve the exhibition package for the company and register one participant by e-mail to Ella Hänninen (toimisto(at)fyysikkoseura.fi).
  • Name and contact information of the participant (one conference fee/company is included in the package)
  • Contact information of the company (details for sending the invoice)

• Confirmation and invoice of the package will be (e-)mailed
• Register other possible participants of your company using the on-line registration form. * Please book your own accommodation.
• Email the one-page ad in PDF format by 31st January 2009 (colored PDF page is preferred, please note that it should be also printable in black and white format) Please e-mail your ad to toimisto(at)fyysikkoseura.fi.
