The participants should register using this online form. Note that registration will be closed on Saturday 7th March due to a server service at Tavicon.

All reservations (including the social program and hotel) should be made on the same registration form, also for the items that are included in the registration fee. Conference fee includes VAT 0 %. Delegate fee includes:

  • Admission to the scientific sessions
  • Conference material
  • Refreshments during the breaks and lunch 13 March
  • Espoo city reception and conference dinner
  • Conference services at the venue

Please note that the costs for travel, accommodation and insurances are not included in the fees.

Payment and confirmation

All payments (registration fees and hotel deposit fees) should be made in advance in euros (EUR) in connection with the registration. When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your e-mail.

Please use the participant’s reference number when making the bank transfer. The reference number will be shown on the automatic e-mail reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form online. Credit card payments will be dealt automatically.


  • All payments should be free of bank handling charges.
  • Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted.
  • An invoice will be sent by request only, in which case a supplement of EUR 7.50 will be added.
  • Kindly mark the details for your invoice request in the ‘Other Special Information’ field on the online registration form.

Confirmation of participation

TAVI Congress Bureau will confirm the participation upon receiving the registration and all payments. No participation confirmation letters will be sent before all the payments (including the hotel deposit) have been received.

Cancellation and refund policy

Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration and accommodation must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by e-mail: or by fax: +358 3 233 0444.

If a cancellation for the participation and/or hotel reservation is received until 9 January 2009, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of EUR 50 and/or the hotel deposit will be refunded minus a EUR 10 handling fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 9 January 2009.

In the case of no-show, there will be no refund of the registration or the hotel deposit. There is no extra fee if a delegate’s registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
