Award to Olli Lounasmaa
At the meeting of the presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences on September 20, 1994 a decision was made to award Olli Lounasmaa, the Kapitza Gold Medal for 1994 for outstanding achievements in low-temperature physics. The medal was given to prof. Lounasmaa at the general assembly of the Russian Academy of Sciences on March 29, 1995
